Description
Behind this house, the owners have let trees encroach onto the alley pathway and albeit car can get through, the vegetation is scratching cars. The owners of this property planted trees and vegetation for privacy instead of just putting a privacy fence up and all their plantings are growing into the alley. Bums are now going in those trees to go to the bathroom. There is a fence there that ends on their property line. On the other side of the fence they have planted all these trees.
