Description

I live here and spoke to landlord who claims city won’t help get this dumping problem under control. It is becoming a health problem. I cannot open my windows because of the smell and flies. The 100 building and restaurant momotaro are mostly responsible as I see them dumping garbage behind my building. PLEASE do something! I thank you.
