Description

8"-10" limb , rotted, fell and took out power line ~12:30PM 9/19/2021. Second time limb of this size has fallen in same area. Serious injury or death would occur to anyone standing underneath. Reported to Dominion Power. Need arborist to assess need for limb/ tree removal.
