Description

The roundabout on the intersection of hamilton and ellwood is in dire need of resurfacing. Not only is a giant hump of pushed up asphalt in the north west corner of it but the road surface on the intersection and connecting roads is in such bad shape that it is probably part of the reason why the roundabout looks like it does.
