Description
Cars accelerate dangerously turning from Arthur Ashe Boulevard onto Norfolk into Scott's Addition. The road is a one way, and is particularly wide when you turn on, and for whatever reason cars get extremely excited by the space they have and accelerate dangerously through the next intersection. I am scared to cross the street with my dog. This intersection is hazardous for pedestrians and there need to be crosswalks and more signage to tell cars to slow down.
