Description
The City of Richmond DPU recently did alley work near 21 Willway Avenue on 9/12 under work order DPW 000081452. But during that work, the alley near 39 Willway was not graded properly and has created large areas of standing water and flooding hazards in the alley and garages and parking spots between 39 Willway and the property across the alley on Westmoreland. This portion of the alley was impassable last night. See image below of flooding after the rain 9/16.
