Description
Why can’t someone do something about this? I know my neighbors have complained and it just keeps getting worse. Shouldn’t the owner be fined and required to pick this mess up every week? I pay high taxes to live in the city but this has become a health and smell issue. This is the only place in this alley where the trash accumulates like this. The building on the corner, 100 S Arthur Ashe boulevard doesn’t even have trash cans for it’s residents so I guess they just throw it in the alley.
