Description

Overgrown vegetation & fallen tree obscuring what is already a blind curve. One side of the alley behind S Randolph St where it meets Colorado Ave. Sidewalk is covered as well, further blocking sight. Countless joggers, bikers, skateboarders that come down the hill & cars speed. It makes that spot all the more dangerous.
