Description

The tree's on my block have been grossly neglected. I am one of two of the private homeowners on the block and am so frustrated and dismayed. In the 3 years that I lived here no one has ever groomed or cared for the existing trees which are diseased... SUCH an eyesore and across from Retreat no less.
