Description
There is a 20 foot stretch of sidewalk that does not have concrete slabs, and consists of a pool of gravel. Today when passing by, I witnessed a man in a wheelchair stranded in the collection of gravel with no way to get out and no way to navigate across the area. After helping him out of the gravel, he was not able to cross to continue the way he was traveling due to the limited travel options.
