Description

Cars traveling east on jefferson through this roundabout do not yield to cars already in the roundabout. This is due to lack of traffic calming elements to slow speed. Frequent accidents and incredibly dangerous to cross streets. Add Choke point or rumble strips.

    Vehicles already in the roundabout have the right of way. Those entering the roundabout have to yield the right of way. I suggest contacting the Richmond Police Department for motorists not obeying the law.
