Description
Traffic flowing westbound on jefferson towards 21st does bot hield to pedestrian traffic crossing from jefferson park towards broad. There is a pedestrian right of way (walk) signal at the same tume there is a green light for traffic Although this is technicaly considered a right turn, very few drivers understand the pattern here. Many many children cross here, and its only a matter of time until one of them is hit by a car.
