Description

in the middle of the sidewalk on the east side of the bridge (Harrisonson St. Bridge crossing over Downtown Expressway) is a pile of garbage and clothes that have been dumped. Over the last 2-3 weeks these items have been dispersed across the entire bridge. Trash creates accessibility obstacles for those in wheelchairs. It also stinks and looks really bad.
