Description

There is a speed bump one block over. When people are coming from the cemetary/ E. Richmond Rd. They go over the speed bump and gun it - tires squeeling. I would like another speed bump further up the street to discourage this. We have a lot of little kids, disabled, and elderly people on Oakwood Ave and it is dangerous to have vehicles going 45 mph
