Description
There is an alley between 3515 Chapel DR and 3521 Chapel DR that leads to McGuire DR. The grass in the alley is extremely high and vehicles cannot pass through. It also has made walking through the alley very difficult. A lot of the neighbors have not been trimming the trees or cutting their grass from where the alley is.
