Description

Trees and land (Vacant Lot) next to 2413 AFTON Ave " City of Richmond Owned Property" needs attention. Grass needs cutting and trees in the back of land at alley way needs cut down. The CITY DPW cleaned up the property last year and vegetation, trees, etc., has since regrown causing flooding in alley, falling debris from trees which are a danger to residents in the neighborhood. Please clean up alley and property . Citizen contacted office today regarding this City owned property.
