Description

Caller's neighbor keeps parking in the front of her house..they have four cars and she is left without anywhere to park... Can a no parking sign be placed for her allowing her to park in the front of her address (states her grandmother had to have this done at her address) or lines and #'s for her address for the spot in the front of her home
