Description

Several homeless men are constantly yelling and approaching vehicles at intersection of Cary Street and S Arthur Ashe Boulevard. I am afraid to walk to my apartment sometimes because they are often aggressive. I have even witnessed one defecating in the alley behind my building. I am sorry for these people but perhaps someone can help them or tell them to move on. Thank you
