Description

Entrance into alley between 300 block of Overbrook and Lancaster has broken asphalt @ fendall end, making entry and exit dangerous. There has been a huge chunk ripped out by the renovators of 308 Overbrook, so now it's a huge hole @ pavement & cement entry.
