Description

Overgrown vegetation, planted around trees some over 6' tall, choking out trees, very dense with insect and rodent infestation. This is all over Jackson Ward. These are not pollinator gardens as claimed. The roots from these plants completely overtake the minimal soil and choke out city trees. Who will be expected to clean this up?
