Description
There is a large oak tree on the space between the sidewalk and the road. Many limbs have fallen over the last few months. While working on my computer, I just observed a large limb fall from the tree on our yard and sidewalk that could have killed or seriously injured someone. There was absolutely no wind at this time. Much of it broke up but the piece left intact was still at least 6ft long.
