Description

The owner is 83 years old and son had a stroke and this sidewalk is about 4-5 inches unlevel on one side. It is very hard to not trip without a kane or walker. My brother has fell at least twice and was unable to get up. Please this has been too many years trying to correct before injuries become serious.
