Description
The tree between 3517 and 3519 Grove Ave is leaning toward the road and in leaning is starting to push up the approx 5-year old sidewalk repair. Also the gas lines for 3517 are entangled in the root system. So if the tree falls, it's bound to take out the sidewalk and possibly cause a gas line rupture. Plus the tree is half dead anyway. Requesting that it be removed.
