Description

The timing of the light is not working properly. The eastbound left rurn signal from Monument to Malvern flashes yellow at the start of the light cycle, and sensors do not deteft cars waiting to turn left.

    Re-position loop wire for phase 1 left turning lane on the detector panel. Repaired loop wires for phase 4 NB and SB. Program detector cards to correct phases.
