Description

Homeowner, Naomi Franklin, reported that City tree ID# 13004 dropped a limb in Feb. 2021 and seriously damaged her car. She has noticed a growing mound of sawdust at tree base plus crevices in the lower trunk. She also worries about large limbs hanging near her home and potential damage.
