Description
I live on Baywood Court which is part of the Historic Westwood Community I have noticed that the streets directly behind my property, Dunbar, Marian, Stokes, Horne, Snowden, Parrish and Glenburnie have all been repaved (and look great). My question is: Why has Baywood Court been overlooked? Baywood Court has many places where grass is growing right through the pavement, there are breaks in the pavement dirt and pothole are emerging and the sewer entrances are clogged with debris and mud.
