Description

Large tree limb was broken completely off during storm (Ida) and is now dangling from other limbs directly over the street - ready to fall onto passing cars and/or pedestrians on Antrim Avenue. (Tree is located on Antrim Ave. between Kensington and Stuart.) Photo attached. Also reported to 311 as #DPW88348 Utility lines can be seen near the broken limb - potential concern.
