Description
There's a four way stop. There's a cross area by her house; it's a confusing intersection and a dangerous intersection...Caller wants to know if something can be placed to avoid hitting a pedestrian. There's a four way stop. Caller states adding a turn signal will be helpful because cars are not following the red/green signal traffic light.
