Description

We need a speed hump on the 2700 block of 4th Avenue. People constantly speed and run the stop sign. They do not follow the 25 MPH speed limit. The speeding is out of hand. Cars go 45-50 MPH down the street and in addition slip the stop sign. I have contacted the 4th precinct about putting officers on traffic duty, but they have not. There is even a police officer who lives on the 2800 block of 4th Avenue and parks on the corner. Speeders do not even slow down seeing that there is a cop car.

The intersection of 4th Ave and Pulaski St has a four way stop. The same condition is at 4th Ave and Custer St. I suggest reporting observed traffic running stop signs to the Police Department for enforcement.
