Description

Lidless bin of trash has sat in the alleyway for several weeks now because the garbage crew refuses to take it (i guess they cant if theres no lid). Our landlord has requested an additional bin, which all six tenants in this building understand that can take a while, but the excessive garbage (a lot is from people walking their dogs who dont live here) is smearing poop all over the alley, which stinks and is attracting bugs.
