THERE IS A SIDEWALK THAT IS IN FRONT OF 4104 Piney Road Richmond THAT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED IT IS ALSO CAUSING ISSUES FOR A DISABLED CITIZEN WHEN HE LEAVES HIS PROPERTY AND COMES HOME
