Description
The curb has buckled so severely at 1600 Cedar Land 23225 and Sylvan that water collects and floods the road in small rains. This water along with the tree debris that is collected in this pool attracts mosquitos. In addition it makes a significant portion of the road on Sylvan not available for parking.
