Description

Overgrown tree on side walk at the intersection of 5th ave and Magnolia street. When I am on 5th ave with 2600 5th ave directly to my right I am unable to see cars coming around the tree. I have to drive into the middle of the street to see around tree before I can turn left. Very dangerous.
