Description
Pedestrian crossings and stop lines have not yet been painted at Belmont & West Franklin St since the new road paving. This intersection borders Monument Avenue with reasonably high traffic. We've noticed numerous near misses between cars and pedestrians/bikes which could result in liability to the city. Cars have also started parking across the ADA ramps of the crossing in front of 3103 W Franklin making it inaccessible for certain people to cross the street.
