Description
I previously submitted DPW000081400 about how the asphalt has become dangerous in the alley. It was closed without any action being taken or comments on why it was closed. “The asphalt around my garage has crumbled and risen up: When garabage or recycle come they put the cans in front of my gate instead of in front of my garage. It is also a tripping hazard when coming out of the garage.”
