RECEIVED UPDATE FROM FIELD ENGINEER ON 8/31/2021. I KNOW I HAVE REQUESTED THIS BEFORE AND AS I STATED NO ACTION WAS TAKE BY CITY OF RICHMOND, THIS NOTE TODAY CLOSING THE REQUEST UNDER #DPW000080309 + ENGINEER'S #CW439302 IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE; SOMEONE FROM YOUR OFFICE NEEDS TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE SIDE WALK AND THE EROSIION. PLEASE READ BY REQUEST FROM BOTH DPW#00008030 + DPW00073148. I AM NOT AT ALL HALLP WITH THIS CLOSURE OF MY REQUEST BY YOUR ENGINEER
