Description
Alley behind 1800 and 1802 Bainbridge has very little gravel and becomes rutted and muddy with wet weather. Needs solid layer of gravel and possible grading. Note this is NOT private property according to the Richmond Office Of Assessor of Real Estate Parcel Mapper.
