Description

Citizen Lisa Stewart(804-247-2339) lives at 2310 Halifax Ave. She states that the city came out and cut very large branches off of a tree and left them in front of the property. They are very, very large and the city may need to come back out to cut them smaller. She states they are dangerous and blocking parking spaces. She states they have been out for three weeks an still have not been collected.
