Description
Because of the building (Atlantic Union Bank), the vehicular exit to the parking garage on Roseneath Ave is dangerous to pedestrians. When a pedestrian is walking north on Roseneath, they are completely blind to vehicles coming out of the parking garage. I have almost been hit by cars going too fast out of the garage a number of times. There is a stop sign on the building, but it is not at a proper height and other speed mitigations need to be implemented to protect pedestrians on the sidewalk.
