Description
Very small parking lot with directional parking spaces, exits onto Arthur Ashe just north of Norfolk Street. Often cars will try to enter this parking lot while another car is exiting, and there is not enough space, leaving one car stalled at the bottom of the bridge -- creating a significant hazard.
