Description
The traffic on Chippenham does not slow down to 45 as it should unless there are police present. Please install additional notification of the speed limit, maybe a flashing speed moniter such as the one in the North Chippenham exit off of Powhite. This stretch of the road goes through a neighborhood with kids, bikers, and other pedestrians crossing over Chippenham. Please also consider changing the speed limit on Chippenham from the Forest Hill Ave exits to Huguenot to 35 mph.
