Description
The curb around the newly installed crosswalk signal curbs at intersection of Dock & S 22nd St protrude to far out into roadway. They are nearly impossible to see at night and are a serious enough hazard to motorists that they will likely cause an accident. The crosswalk needs to be illuminated at night and curbs painted with high visibility paint.
