Description
St Andrews does car drop off and pick up. From approximately 3pm to 4:30pm the block is jammed pack of cars and people are swerving around the carpool to get around it. There needs to be some notification that children are crossing to their parents to prevent an accident. Alternatively, one could hold St Andrews School more accountable for their use of a public street block to hold up traffic on a busy street before rush hour which causes dangerous driving maneuvers for residents of Oregon Hill
