Description
Citizen called very concerned about the heavy vegetation growing over the guard rail on river side facing EAST. All along the river side. She feels it is very dangerous and mishap ready to happen because of traffic of people assessing the Buttermilk Trail. The area is right near the road which is City property and also branches hanging ready to drop limbs.
