Description

Sidewalk repair; tree roots has sidewalk high and uneven. Part of tree of COR and other part on private property. Handicap ramp adjacent on both sides; If a COR resident was coming down the sidewalk they would have to cross in street to avoid getting hurt from uneven sidewalk. Sidewalk is completely lifted from ground.
