SAFETY ISSUE. I know you just repaired potholes at this location but they're back. Location is the westbound lane in front of the large empty building that's on the corner of Williamsburg Ave & S 31st St. For everyone's sake, it'd be great if you could address the underlying cause(s) of these potholes so they don't reappear every few weeks.
