Description

Confirmation # DPW87468. Concrete side walk broken when city was cutting huge branches falling on the side walk to pluck an old tree out, causing physical injury to feet. The city is already here repairing the side walk along my house. The crew needs new ticket for the right side and the perpendicular portion of the side walk. See pictures.
