CITIZEN STATES A TREE FELL DOWN ON HIS PROPERTY, AND DOMINION POWER LINES WAS ON THE TREE AND THEY PICKED LINES UP, AND LEFT THE TREE AND DEBRIS IN YARD AND EASEMAN.
