Description
Alley in 700 block between W26th st and W27th st has numerous potholes along the hill portion. Some holes are a foot deep and placed such that cars cannot navigate the alley. A fence has been knocked down by a truck that was avoiding pothole. It’s a dangerous situation. Photos are cropped by 311 and holes aren’t showing
