Description
Plants on the north side of the road have almost completely blocked the sidewalk along this stretch of Riverside Drive, forcing pedestrians into the busy road with cars and bicycles. Contacted the James River Park System administrator and they said this job can only be performed by DPW, as they lack the equipment for roadside work.
